Special Education & Related Service Staff Shortages / NCPSSERS

OAPSA is a proud member of the National Coalition on Personnel Shortages in Special Education and Related Services (NCPSSERS). NCPSSERS is comprised of 30+ participating member organizations, all dedicated to addressing the issues surrounding shortages in special education and related services personnel in schools. Critical shortages of these personnel roles exist in all regions of the country.
